Nestled within the arid landscape of Anantapur, this residence stands as a refuge from the region’s warm and dry climate, offering solace amidst the harsh weather elements while embracing a sense of serenity. Our design journey has been guided by a commitment to ensuring thermal comfort for the residents, shaping the very core of our architectural evolution.
Positioned strategically at the south-west corner of the site, the residence leaves ample space around it for lush green areas, promoting airy living environments both indoors and outdoors. The outdoor spaces have been meticulously crafted to accommodate diverse activities throughout the day, fostering a concept of refined semi-open living. The terraces serve a dual function, serving as expansive platforms for various engagements while also mitigating heat absorption, thereby enhancing the overall comfort and sustainability of the building.
The building’s striking yet ethereal presence masks its meticulously planned design, showcasing a blend of boldness and subtlety. Louvers positioned strategically across the facade serve to mitigate heat absorption and offer self-shading advantages. This thoughtful consideration extends beyond the exterior, as our residence seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor spaces. With a keen emphasis on both functionality and aesthetics, our design embodies a sustainable ethos tailored to thrive in arid climates, showcasing our commitment to thoughtful and responsible living.
